  • Project Role Description :Design specialist solutions in line with business needs. Act as a service fulfillment and program SME and be accountable for tracking and reporting performance measurements and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client. Deliver business value to the project and work with clients on performance and process optimization.

    • Key Responsibilities : Good understanding on Datacenter architecture, Cabling and Patch panels Good documentation and communication skills Good Knowledge on Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds Orion and Cisco Prime Hands on troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, Cisco Nexus Switches, Voice and Wireless Devices Installation and Configuration on Cisco routers, Switches, Voice and Wireless Devices Must have good knowledge and hands on experience of BGP, OSPF, STP, ARP , VLAN Hands-on expertise on DNS,

    • Technical Experience :       Must have good hands on experience on TCP dump and packet analysis for network troubleshooting Must have in depth knowledge of TCP/IP reference model

    • Professional Attributes :       -Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently

    • Additional Information :       -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
